Someone is using my email account with out my permission. Is this illegal?

Just this week, somebody has started to use my email account without my permission in order to advertise ****. The oddest part is that it is not just one individual using my account, but several different names. Is this considered illegal, and if so, how should I go about contacting law enforcement agencies?

Is it possible the media supports Obama because he has given them so much money through advertising?

To me it seems very much like a business relationship. Obviously if he is going to give a newspaper money to stick his goofy face into it, they are going to appreciate the money. Just a thought.
